I had a problem with my heater shutting off after a couple hours of activity. First I was told that my breaker inside needed to be replaced because it was "tripping" with no visual signs of trip. I replaced it myself after a $256 quote, and assumed it was fixed. It wasn't.
I called them back after the same problems continued and they told me it was a $700 gas valve that needed to be replaced.
That still didn't fix the issue and I had to call them back and they said it was a $20 burner part (free of charge).
It's now fixed and I'm $700 deep. They told me that the issue would be fixed with each fix, and they told me that all were problems. However, the issue persisted across "fixes" and if I could pay $20 instead of $700; I think that's an easy decision. Any help would be grateful.
