It's -20C, we've got a brand new (propane) furnace installed. It comes on, heats for a while, then the blower blows cool air for a long time. What can we do, we're freezing here?

The company who installed it is being no help at all (and did a crappy job to begin with, so i haven't been happy). They were supposed to show up a couple days ago and never did.

It's a York TG9S furnace. Our house is only about 1500 sq ft. We've purchased a couple electrical heaters to help keep warm. Even with them and the furnace going as much as it can, we can only get it to 19 or 20 degrees C.

Is there an adjustment we can make to this furnace to reduce the blower time/increase the burn time? The furnace is in the partial basement, which is of course the coldest part of the house.
