Wanted to say thank you HVAC, especially u/Urnipt_Ttacka ! You were right. Hi limit was the culprit. I thought I could live with the short cycle but got super frustrated one day and paid $90 for a service call.
Tech said could be the switch but suggested replacing the furnace cause he wasn't sure if it would fix it.
$150 installed with no refund if it did not solve it.
I told him to send me quotes for replacement and I will consider.
Ordered part on Amazon for $16.92 and furnace is running like a champ for the past week. No short cycles at all.
So out about $110 but not out $6,200 for Heat & AC.
