Normally the temperature is 65 degrees. Since she's gone I turned it off and indoor temp is around 41-45 degrees. Is this cost effective as in it will cost less money to heat back up after she's back or should I leave it run for a little bit and keep it at a higher temp?
My guess is it is cost effective considering it's 5 days and not less than 8 hours or so. Also I will be monitoring the temp every so often to make sure it doesn't get into freezing range. I know that could be bad, but it looks like it won't even get close.
