Hello all! My fiancé is mulling over some new career opportunities that may take us down to Florida. I’m currently a 1.4 million dollar sales rep for a larger residential company in CT. From some friends in other states I’ve talked to, pricing in New England tends to be higher, as well as most companies up here paying larger percentages, thus paying out much better per year.
I know FL has no income tax, however, GlassDoor and some cursory searches on Google show that I (and subsequently, we) would definitely be taking a substantial pay cut. Any Sales guys from the south east that think otherwise? Would love any and all advice!
