Which is better between carrier and ducane central air units and price wise better?

I got 2 proposals. One was $10,600 for a carrier 95% afue, gas exams furnace. That all comes with the install, supply and return duct connections and removal of oil tank. The other proposal is for $8,500 for a ducane 95% afue gas furnace and a 2 1/2 13 seer condenser with matching Evap coil. This includes the installation and the supply and duct installations and removal of oil tank. I am just trying to find out if they are good prices and which is the better option
