Blower fuse replacement?

I have forced air HVAC, the unit is on the roof and hard to get to. I was away yesterday and my friend was staying at my house, she said the AC stopped working yesterday. Today I come home and try to diagnose the problem in the basement.

I changed the filter first, it was dirty. When I changed it I thought it smelled like a blown fuse.

I checked the pump, cleaned it out, made sure it worked.

I opened up the panel to see the circuits - everything looked good to me, but there was a lot of water, cold water, on the interior panel.

I wiped up the water and touched blower, it was really hot.

My thought is: windows were open, filter needed changing, AC was on high bc it was hot here, water shorted the circuit or over work blew the fuse. The indicator light on the board says Im getting power. I

I dont see the fuse - I was thinking I would have to open up the blower and look in there? Or if its a problem with the board I have to get a new one ?

Or maybe something else?

if any one has an idea, please let me know ! Its a hot memorial day!! please help !
