New house, AC/Furnace feels like no force from vents.

Hello,

So I purchased a new home, and when the AC or furnace turns on the vents feel like barely anything is coming from them. Now the air that is coming is ether very cold or nice and hot depending on what I need. Does anyone know a way to get more circulating power through the vents?
