Fellow techs. Freaking out. Need confirmation on my diagnosis.

York heat pump. I just changed the reversing valve and now my suction pressure on a R410a system is 31PSIg. My head pressure is 280. This is in cooling. If I pull the plug for the reversing valve and run the system in heat. Suction pressure is 170 and head is 360. It is 75-80 degrees outside. All my training points to indoor TXV. Is there something else that could be causing this? My line temps between the legs of the reversing valve are within 5 degrees of each other. In their respective modes. Just looking of other ideas.
