I ordered a new fan motor and blade for my hvac and the new motors specs are different than the orginal, should I just try and see if it works or will it break the whole unit?

My current fan motor specs... horsepower is 1/5, rpms is 825, full load amps is 1.30 and locked rotor amps is 2.0. The new motor lists... horsepower 1/6 , rpms is 1075, and it's listed 208/230. Says it 0.9 amps

My unit is a 21 year old amana. My brother works for a heating an air wholesale business. He does deliveries and what not, but he doesn't know much about hvac repair. He said that it was close enough and should work fine, but before I try and do the swap myself, I wanted to get some info here before I just take his word for it.

Thanks
