Recently, I got on with an HVAC company as a PM Tech changing filters and doing pm's (commercial/residential). I've had a couple jobs in HVAC before, both of which afforded me some experience in the trade but never resulted in any sort of progression career wise. I realize it takes time, patience, and a whole lot of drive and education to succeed in this industry, but I'm wondering how long it will take for me to make that step to an actual "Service Tech" position. I'm VERY interested in this industry and I want to learn as much as I can and succeed, but I'm kinda fatigued about my current situation. Any thoughts? THANKS!
