Went to college for 1 year to get my HVAC Cert & EPA certs. Got hired on as a install helper for $13 hr and within 3 weeks i have my own van and am doing service calls and maintenance calls with no issues. But i never got a raise with the additional responsibility, still making $13 hr as a service tech... I havent been there a month yet and feel its too soon to ask but it does bother me because im competent, and i also have flipped a few calls. Im going to ask on my 90th day for a review but im not sure what to ask for.. 15? 18? This is in the south with a smaller family owned company.
