Getting estimates for installing AC--what are red flags I should look out for?

50+ yr old home, old ducting, old furnace on ground level in a cabinet in the kitchen.

Electrical in the home is old as well, and I think our box is full so I'm guessing that means it is a much larger project involving getting a new box to start?
