New AC unit installed. Installer didn't finish the job.

He didn't bolt down the unit to the sheet rock and he also didn't put my door frame back up on the closet to the air handler. Mind you the air handler closet is outside the house, so the new unit has been open to any little creatures to climb inside it.

It's been 2 days since the guy said he would come back to bolt down the condenser and put the door frame/door back up.

So is there a special tool they use to bolt the condenser down to the sheet rock? Looking like I have to finish the job myself.

  1. Do you want him to install an AC unit that runs quietly and efficiently? Well, it's better if he bolts down the unit using industry standard bolts rated for weather and hot temperatures of the South. It's better for you to replace the condenser after bolting your new unit to the Sheetrock.
