Help a fairly clueless homeowner evaluate an central AC option (please).

I shopped around a little and found an installer I'm comfortable with. He's recommended a Continential 3.5 Ton 16 SEER central air unit.

Components include this condensor and this evaporator coil.

My house is about 3600 square feet. I'm in Ontario so only need AC maybe 3 months a year.

I'm mostly interested whether there's anything I should be wary of with this brand. It all seems pretty generic so thought I'd ask.

I was quoted $4k Canadian installed also in case anyone can offer an opinion on that.
